How Our Service Works

We offer both backlog clearance and ongoing monthly summarisation, all managed by our in-house team:

• Secure, direct collection of paper Lloyd George files using DBS-checked staff and tracked vehicles or secure digital collection if records are already digitised
• Files prepared, scanned to BS10008:2020, and quality checked before summarisation
• Summarised to an agreed clinical protocol and coded to SNOMED CT
• Uploaded directly to the practice’s clinical system (user login required)
• Summary and exception reports delivered weekly
• Physical files returned, securely stored, or confidentially shredded as instructed

We run a sample phase with 5 records to ensure you’re happy with the output before full production begins.

• Roll-over option – Unused monthly capacity can be rolled over for 1 month
